How we build this site to stay usable for everyone, and how to tell us when it is not.
We want every visitor to be able to read these guides and plan a trip, whatever device or assistive technology they use. Accessibility is treated as part of the build, not an afterthought, and the site is revisited as it grows.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That covers text contrast, keyboard access, meaningful structure for screen readers, and content that adapts to smaller screens and larger text.
Some parts of the site depend on services provided by others, including the map library, map imagery and embedded video. We cannot always control how those behave with assistive technology. Where a map is used, the same places are also listed as text cards with addresses, hours, phone numbers and links, so the content is never locked inside the map.
Business hours and ratings in the guides come from third party sources and may occasionally read awkwardly in a screen reader when a business publishes unusual hours.
If any part of this site is difficult to use, we want to hear about it. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser or assistive technology you were using, and we will work on it. Email hello@staysantarosa.com or see the contact page.
If you need information from this site in another format, or help completing a booking, hotel staff can assist by phone or in person.
This statement covers the website. For accessible rooms, entrances, parking and facilities at Art House Santa Rosa or Hotel E, contact the hotel directly so the team can match you with the right room and answer questions about the building before you arrive.
